My husband ordered me flowers for our 20t wedding anniversary the day before so it was delivered on the day, as stated on website guaranteed same day delivery. This was not the case and they were not delivered. He spoke to customer service who said the order was picked up late so he had to change the delivery to home and they still weren’t delivered. As I was leaving this morning, they were placed against my garage door, lucky for me I saw them or they would have been crushed by the door when it closed. Not sure when delivery was made but they were just left , no notification that they were delivered. $135 for same day delivery. What a failure on your behalf. Lucky it wasn’t a hot humid night. Very poor service, will never use this company again, a refund would the right thing to do.

My son overseas ordered and paid for a double stem phalaenopsis for delivery for Mothers day. I received a small single stem orchid. They have to replace it. Last year the same, a small and cheaper orchid than that ordered. I did not complain, but 2 years running i feel this is,a money making scam. Shame on you.

I have ordered $125 arrangement for a funeral. When the recipient has posted a photo of flowers received, I felt embarrassed - it was half of the ordered size!.. While some flowers might have to be replaced, surely the quantity and overall presentation should have looked just as beautiful, not pitiful. I have picked an elegant decent size arrangement, but felt like a stingy bugger when I saw the photo. For half of that price I could have picked up much better flowers from Woolies. Very disappointing and embarrassing.

We recently had a death in the family, I ordered flowers from this website, and I can say that all of my family was really impressed with the flowers, they are still talking about the flowers even after a week and the flowers are still going strong, I ordered the Harmony flower arrangement and everyone said its truly stunning, and heavy, and the amount of flowers was great for the price. It come with a vase as well which was great.

Really really happy with this service, will order again.
