Having not played or even held a guitar for many years having the level of service I received from Andy at Frets and Stix was above and beyond what I expected. I will be using this store for all my music wants and need for the future,

We recently decided to buy some new instruments to expand our repertoire and Andy at Frets and Stix was a delight to deal with. Happy and cheerful, willing to chat and talk with our kids (this is always an important thing where we are concerned!) and even showed them how to play a kazoo!
