I won’t even give them one star….
I moved on the 22/04/22, paid them that day. They damaged my fridge, took a photo of it, and I heard nothing else. I have been chasing it up ever since. Called them today - 3/06 and the Indian who answered the phone claimed no knowledge of anything and that the woman who deals with it will be back in an hour or two…

Do not use this company. Worst customer service, rude. They showed up 50 minutes late, then we’re sweeping out the truck and taking phone calls and caught them standing around many times. They then charged me an extra half an hour for 10 minutes over the time. Then tried to say it was a heavy lifting charge. Then tried to say they under quoted. Very dodgy.

I never write reviews but this company deserves it.

After being breadcrumbed by ANOTHER company for hours, I contacted Friends Remover and Stella called me within 20 minutes. I asked how soon they could be at the pick up address and she advised me within 1-2 hours. They called in 45 minutes to advise they were 15 minutes away. They loaded up everything within 30 minutes without cutting any corners, damaging the house or my furniture and while also chatting to us. The drop off was even more seamless. They had to de assemble and re assemble my table to get it to fit. Didn’t sneak in any extra charges, just worked very efficiently.

I couldn’t fault the team on their service. They were polite, professional and under promised and over delivered. 10/10 couldn’t recommend more.

Appaling lack of communication and service.
No show at all for the job that was booked, no communication and their phones would not work to find out why they did not show.
At last got through and was abused by the lady, lied to about the truck arrival - it never came .
Keep well away. Definitely not FRIENDS.
Not worth one star.

Appalling!! Disgraceful customer service. DID NOT SHOW, I waited from 8am till 5pm.Exchanged x20 emails confirming time and date . Made excuses about delays. Multiple unanswered calls and fobbing off!. Said they could not get hold of the driver. Was left high and dry,and would not come next day. Cost me $600 to get a last minute removers the next day, as it was the weekend. Dealt with [redacted due to personal identifier] ,who not not accept responsibility for the driver not answering calls or turning up. Do not use them
