Amazing! I moved to Brisbane and left my hairdresser of almost 10 years and found Fringe Lily, I couldn't be happier. I've been going to Fringe Lily for almost a year now, I'm so happy with my hair. It's healthy and looks great. I also had my nails done there recently, love them!

I the exact same as another review. Brought a Cudo voucher and was told I could not use it after the name change and was basically ask to buy more services when i already had spent my money on a voucher I left very upset and not sure if I would return or not :(

I am a guy and have been going to Fringe Lily since its opening. I always get a full head of foils and a short haircut. In the past other hairdressers have made me feel I needed a few days to get used to my haircut. At fringe Lily I have always walked out completely satisfied. One time I went with a photo of a haircut I wanted. When I got home and styled it I decided I didn't like the style on myself. I called up the next day and they booked me in immediately to come back and get it cut differently for an alternate style, free of charge! They also offered to fix my colour if I decided I wasn't happy. I always have been though and this is why I highly recommend Fringe Lily!

I went to Fringe Lily using a voucher for a full head of foils and now sections of my hair is completely fried and splitting. My normally healthy hair now feels and looks like straw! I had at least an inch cut off and its the new ends that are splitting and frizzing. I haven't had foils or bleach in my hair in over 2 years and my hair that was in excellent healthy condition is now ruined and has fried chunks and dry ends. I am incredibly disappointed and wont be returning.

I came to Fringe Lily after my salon in the city closed down. I had been going to the same hairdresser for years and was very nervous about going somewhere new. Clara and Issac were very friendly and down to earth. The time was taken to have everything explained to me and to assess a new style that would suit me and my lifestyle. I cannot be happier - my colour is the best it has been in years - Clara does an amazing job of colouring and Isaac gives a blowdry that lasts for 4 days!!! I am taking the time to recommend them because they deserve it and I could not be happier. Thanks guys.

Like a few others reviewer, I too purchased a voucher for this salon. The colour on my hair was a disaster and I am so sorry that I had the bad misfortune of going to this salon as I was unable to get to my regular salon. The color was orangey like another reviewer and a different color on the rest of my hair. The management told me that the colour disaster would probably wash out in a week and it hasn't. Management also told me that they deal with lots of " rude customer " all the time and they just get them out the door ! Worst hair nightmare and worst customer service ever.. Don't try and bring any concerns to their attention..if you do they will say you are being rude! Great quality products here, but have never had a color go so wrong in over 20 yrs of having this colour. Am so lucky I didn't let them cut my hair. I agree with Kit80 review...if you turn up with a voucher you get the "Voucher treatment" ... Shame for a business trying to win new clients..... There are so many amazing salons in Brisbane, not worth anything to go back here... Without a doubt the worst experience in 40 yrs of having my hair done... Voucher buyers beware!

Love Fringe Lilly! When my old hairdresser moved away, I was on a mission to find a new one - it was hard! I tried a few locally and was devastated at how terrible they were - I was starting to loathe the experience. Then a Cudo deal came up and I thought what have I got to loose. It was a WIN! I found Kat! I haven't looked back (that was over 12mths ago). Kat recently cut my long hair into the most amazing short style. I have randoms commenting on the cut frequently - I am in love with my new style. Thanks Kat and the Fringe Lilly Team. I am one happy camper! Kelly

Love this place. friendly talented staff who really know what they are doing. Kat my stylist is so lovely and nothing is too much for any of the staff. You even get a coffee from the cafe (or anything you could desire) whilst getting your hair done. Just great ladies (plus one gent), thankyou!!!

Very unhappy my hair was turned orange not blonde and such a terrible cut they did a awful job I will not be returning!!
