I loved the how Frying Colours manages to pull everything together in a way that is neither stereotypical, nor boring, nor unauthentic. The KFC is available in original and sweet soy, and I really liked how the batter was nice a light, with just enough thickness for it to form a nice crisp coating outside the chicken, without being too thick, and the seasoning just right. There are also a range of other offerings on the menu, from army stew, to grilled meats, burgers etc. Service was fairly prompt in my experience. The price did seem on the high side, but nothing too exorbitant or unreasonable, just not a bargain.
