poor customer service specially the owner of the place has a very poor attitude. the place is not clean and the food quality is less than average. not recomended. if you go to a place to make your kids have fun and turns to be an argument with the staff about everything then the place is bad. not going again.

This was a great play centre with loads of entertainment for the kids! The train was a great feature and the kids love it!
They have a great cafe with loads to choose from and the food is well made for a play centre. And they have the cutest cupcakes.
When greates by the owner at the door my first impressions weren't very good, as she is not friendly and can be rude! However the staff show excellent service and are extremely helpful. Two blonde girls in particular are outstanding an so friendly. I highly recommend this play centre!

the play centre is great cause its so close to home, and the kids love going on the train, plus theres a jumping castle and ball pit that they also love, its also value for money, as they have coupons in the value saver magazine that you pay $5 per child only, for as long as you want to stay, definitely value for money - the service was ok

The staff seem fairly helpful, but 'hassled' when you ask for things & the manager is always frowning. Not a 'warm' play centre at all

Children play center who organizes birthday party's too. My children love the train on the track that runs regularly during the day. Coffee is good and there are some snacks. The service is sometimes very slow and love to see some healthy options on the menu
