Not only am I happy with the physical changes I’ve seen in my body but I am also moving more pain free than I have for a long time! Couldn’t recommend them enough.
Can't recommend Functional For Life enough, I already have one of my mates training with them too. I've seen solid improvements (my girlfriend is loving it) in only 2 months. They concentrate on the correcting movement to get the most out of each rep, which has led to great results. Loving it!
