Appalling quality items. Very cheap, very dirty with no apparent thought to the styling nor to the quality of our home.
They certainly did not ‘create a theme that is best suited to our property, location and buyer demographics’ as promised.
From chipped furniture, broken lamps and a mattress that appeared to have been recovered from a tip, to posters that were supposed to be art works, the whole process was a disaster.
At least they recognised that fact and refunded our money in a timely fashion.

Avoid them, very unprofessional!!!

1/Even I know to mark picture height with pencil and check height before putting hole in wall...NOT them, they used pen so potential buyers saw pen marks and 3cm HOLES above the pics as they use screws. Their response to my compliant was "contract says we can mark and put holes in wall"...yes I agree but only one hole per pic NOT 2.

2/Walls were freshly painted, the installers scratched walls. Their response "wasn't us, you must have done it". What - how could we scrap walls when no one was living in it and house was 100% empty...arrrr?

3/It took them 3 TIMES to deliver the right furniture!!! Their mistake delayed our property going on the market by 1 week, plus we had to pay for extra photographs to be taken....Their response "sorry, no sure why this happened but mistakes happen". What - Ok once, but not a 3rd time, plus I had to take time off 3 times, like I had nothing better to do.

4/The furniture they selected was TOO BIG and made the key rooms look SMALLER. There response "it's fine". What - if I think that, what are potential buyers going to think.

I wish I never used them.

Great collection of La Maison furniture which I adore... my mum and dad live here so I find myself going in when Im in the area... Mum has bought a few La Maison items :)
