worst service i have ever received from a furniture store. i had asked the sales lady in polite manner would she be able to offer me a better price on a dining table and chairs set that i had seen in store.

she replied to me very abruptly and rudely that i can take it or leave it, no discounts apply, so do you still want the furniture or not!

i was not impressed with such lack of customer service and such rude response of a sales person.

in my experience most stores are willing to negotiate to give you a discount or free delivery on big items eg furniture. i simply walked out there and never will go back again

Hi MazB35, Thanks for another well written review. In a world where almost every price is negotiable, such an ignorant response is unnecessary. These days, intelligent consumers work hard at comparing prices, reviews and service to determine the best (value-for-money) product. Any employee (s) who exhibits rude and/or unprofessional behaviour will eventually be disrobed, thanks to social media sites like WOMO. Thanks for the heads-up on this business. Regards, Reeces
