I fell in love with my first kitten at Furrballs. She was vomiting & choking when they got her and they thought she may not make it. I tried to buy her straight away, but of course had to wait until she returned from the vet. I hadn't sufficient money on me to buy her immediately that she returned, so they let me pay her off and visit and hold her everyday until I had. It was really lovely of them and she is my constant companion now! About a year later, I found a little lorikeet injured in my front yard; Furball's veterinary nurse tended her for free, brought me food for her and advised me on how to care for her, all at no cost. These guys are great; not uncaring money-makers like most pet shops.

wonderful large shop, great range of products although a little overpriced on some. Was very pleased with the service & products i had purchased from the store & will be using them again!

the shop assistants are nice & polite and have great knowledge of all pets that they sell,and supply products for.they are always at hand if you have a question or need something
