Friendly staff, quality instructors & state of the art equipment make Fusion Pilates my favourite place to squeeze in some exercise time. There’s no fluffing around here...the classes are small and run on time (which I love). The instructors are so encouraging and they make sure you are using the equipment safely by watching your every move (ie. they are quick to correct you if you are not in the right position....which is especially good if you are naturally un-co like me). They cater for a wide range of ages and fitness levels too, so there’s a class for everybody and everyone can benefit from their workouts. I started with a one on one Clinical Pilates class due to a bad hip (FA Impingement) and have managed to strengthen the whole glute/hip area and work my way up to the group Megaformer class. I have since postponed my appointment with the Orthopedic surgeon too, which is a massive bonus!
