I highly recommend Future Floors. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The carpet installation was great and at a price that beat every other carpet store around. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys, I will definitely use them again.

Prices is high, customer service terrible. Don't trust this place, check everything twice and shop around there much better deals around

Got 3 rooms new carpet from Future Floors. Great customer service. They let us take some samples home to try in different rooms & different lighting. Explained all types of carpeting. Couldn't have been more helpful. The carpet we ordered was not in stock, so we did have a 4 week wait. Carpet layer did an excellent job, looks beautiful. He was pleasant, got on with his work did a great job. We did go to a well known carpet store before Future Floors, but the service was so bad, we decided to try them. Happy we did. Highly recommend them.
