I really like this gym. I go at 530am and can always get the equipment i need. The staff are very friendly and approachable and they offer a service to track how you are doing and put together a program to follow.
New fitness center that opened recently.new equipment, friendly and helpful staff.
They have another centre at Rhodes and members can use either one.
I personally like the convenience of having two nearby locations in case one is too packed.
