It took a while to arrive because I had my couch on lay buy. I got the ottoman first and confirmed the colour looked great, made the extra payment and confirmed the order but when i called back they had ordered the wrong colour. It was all fixed and what was supposed to take 12 weeks took a while longer, but it was worth the wait!!
The sales staff are amazing, the girls on the desk not so, but you can't have it all.
The staff out at Epping were great too, very helpful.
