Had lost a transponder key for my Lexus. Bought a used one, but dealer and others would not reprogram it. Alex was very responsive to my problem, found a solution, and got it fixed quickly. Still a bit expensive but much less than the dealer who wanted $800 for this job.

He spent considerable time investigating the issue with our security door locking mechanism, and fixed it, and explained the reasons for the problem, and what he'd done to correct it.
