Alex was so helpful, and professional, went the extra step fixed the steering lock on the car and even cut a new key. Couldn't be more happy with the service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Update (28/10/15): Following on from Alex's advice with the earlier job at my home, he returned to replace a poorly-fitted door lock (advice that I had sought from him, not unsolicited). This should've been a straightforward procedure, however on removing the old lock a bit of a mess of old screws was revealed. An hour and a half later, Alex had removed all the old hardware and installed the new lock with great care and attention to detail, cleaned up all mess created (!), and charged me only the amount quoted originally with no more added for the extra time taken. Also, Alex arrived on the dot of the agreed time. This is why I have gone out of my way to review his service again, because his service was exceptional in my experience.
