The customer service is lacking in some respect, prices on games are generally too expensive for our market, visiting this particular store, i didn't receive the service which is required in their stores.

I am always in this shop with my partner... child at heart!! The staff are always so lovely and helpful. They even have a rewards program which is great value. We always use these guys as our game store of choice regardless of price (which usually isn't much different than elsewhere but you get a satisfaction deal here).

Always a great help, forget the name of a game, most times when i have only a little detail of the game old or new they are able to find what im after or suggest something similiar that they may have.

Great doing business with these guys , always being honest and giving advice . bought some presents for some friends and there loving it from the advice they gave.
