Not bad. Overall a satisfactory experience here. Would still recommend this store to gaming people, as the prices are good as well as quality and service.

although the games are not always the cheapest they do have days where they have a sale and the special going on is definately a good deal. if you can wait and catch teh bargains i would its worth it.

I needed advice on a new console, but the staff were unknowledgable and unhelpful. For a store that 'prides' itself on their customer service (and I should know as I've worked for the company) it was appauling.

Great online place to buy games. Good online prices and great sales. I have found wii games here that are $20 cheaper than in stores. Definaltey worth a look if you want a new console gmae
