They do help, kinda busy, alot, so hard getting helpat times but just gotta be patient with them :)

I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even when busy. I asked for a game that they had in-stock at another location and within 48 hours I got a message saying it was in store already.

Service and range at this store is excellent. I recently had to buy my nephew Pokeman products for his birthday and I had no idea about what to get! The staff were more than helpful and he loved it all! Love the range of puzzles stocked here as well as the variety of board games.

The store has such a large variety of merchandise so I was able to find a gift for my 11 year old son which was age specific and educational. Staff very helpful.

i recently bought a 3ds from these guys, they were polite and gave me a good deal for my kid. they were prompt, friendly, down to earth and made it a pleasant experiance

They very kindly swapped my Schleich animals I had received as doubles, even though they were bought at another shop. They have an interesting selection of games at reasonable prices, and the Schleich animals are the cheapest I've seen.
