Booked an appointment with Dr Smith. Waited three weeks which is acceptable. Waited 20 minutes in waiting room. Fair enough. Then to be told she isn’t taking any new patients. Unacceptable and poor form. Avoid this medical centre like it’s the plague.

The doctors, nurses & receptionists are highly professional in every regard.
I have been attending this medical centre since moving to Sunbury 7 years ago & I feel privileged yo have such a high quality if medical care close to home.

Found a lovely Doctor here Dr Aboud. Very kind and caring person. Actually cares about his patients and is good with kids. The only downside is a couple of the ladies that work in reception are a bit rude sometimes.

One Dr in particular very good, others are average. Great reception though and always accomodating

the staff are fantastic nothing is too much for them, they can always fit you in to see a doctor any time of day
