I bought a Chiq TV from Garry Thyer's and it only lasted 4 months before the tv no longer had a picture, just had vertical lines down the middle of the screen. I took it back to Garry Thyer's and they basically didn't want to know about it. They sent me to a service agent who told me I should have been told by Betta to ring the manufacturer first before they could look at it. I wasted my afternoon off because Garry Thyers has no after sales service. I am angry at my self for not buying from JB HiFi as I have had exceptional after sales service there and have had faulty items replaced by them over the counter 6 months after purchasing. My advise is steer clear of Betta because they say all the right things when you are looking to buy but if you have after sales issues they don't want to know you. If I could have given no stars I would have.
