We had a bit of an emergency with water leaking into our home. I called Gary Renouf Plumbing at 6.45am in the morning and Ken was there by 7.30am. He was just fantastic, stopped the flow and fixed the problem quickly which allowed me to get off to work at my normal time. They have a friendly and helpful service and provided an excellent customer experience

I got a huge water bill which prompted me to call Gary Renouf Plumbing to see if there was a problem with the water pipes. They detected a leak which must have been going for quite a while. They fixed it and took pictures of the repair. They gave me the proof and I was able to get a credit from Sydney Water.

For a number of years I have had various plumbers come to fix a reoccurring blocked sewer drain. They have never been able to permanently repair it. This time I called Gary Renouf Plumbing who advertise themselves as blocked drain experts. Well, they got it working and then did what no other plumber has done, they put down a miniature camera inside the pipe and were able to see the exact cause of the problem. I had them dig that bit and replace it. I look forward to no more block ups now. Excellent service

A great job installing a new water heater. I called late last night and they were here at 7am this morning and by 9am I had my new heater installed.
