I think the plumber that came was called Jake (sorry if i'm wrong). Just leaving a review for him and Gary Renouf Plumbing thanking you for the way you went about fixing the drain issue here. I've had plumbers out before to unclog it and they always tell me it needs replacing but a difficult and expensive job due to where it is located. Jake gave me a quote to replace it at literally half the price of the others and stuck to the quote even though it turned out more difficult than thought. Great service and I will always call them from now on

Paul and Sam are the most friendly and professional people that you could ever meet. They exceeded all my expectations, quoted and installed the perfect Hot Water system we needed which was a gas continuous flow unit.

In 25+ years of dealing with trades and services I have experienced both good and bad. Today was definitely a Good day with Sam and Adam going over and above in completing what was a difficult and challenging job. They arrived, quoted what I know was a very good price given my past experience and just got on with it.

Really so happy with the top service and price. They came out to help the very day I called and the drain been working great since it was unblocked from all the tree roots.
