I have absolutely no doubts in recommending Sam and Gary Renouf Plumbing, following my experience over the past couple of days. Sam and his offsider worked tirelessly to excavate and replace my cracked and broken sewer pipes that have given me nothing but trouble the past few years due to the age of the house. He was professional, and worked very hard to achieve the job in two days as I had visitors coming over for the weekend. I was also hugely impressed with Craig who was always on hand to advise and guide me through the entire process. All in all a really happy experience and I am 100% satisfied with the results, the price quoted and would faithfully recommend!

I received great service and advice from this company. I had an old electric hot water heater which was starting to play up. I organised for Gary Renouf Plumbing to come and quote me on a system that would replace this one and be more economical to run. They didn't try to over quote me on an expensive system that I didn't need and in the end, settled on a gas Stella system. Thanks again

I have used Gary Renouf Plumbing twice, the first time I called because I thought I needed a new relief valve on my hot water heater, but he said it didn't need one and showed me how to operate it and how to tell when I do need another. I appreciate his honesty even though it meant less money for him.
The second time I needed a pipe under my bathroom sink replaced which he did quickly and for a good price I thought

I had water flowing from my downstairs laundry every time we had a shower. I eventually stumbled upon Gary Renouf Plumbing and i'm glad I did. They came out the same day and pushed a hydrojetter down my sewer pipes to the main line and found multiple areas that tree roots were getting in. All clear and working now

I am glad I found Gary Renouf Plumbing. I had a problem with smelly water creating a bog in my front yard that was leaking down into the street gutter. The first plumber I called tried to fix the problem with the electric snake and didn't really succeed. He thought he got it working and charged me but it kept on being a problem and he wouldn't come back.
I then was recommended Gary Renouf Plumbing who sent out Paul and I could tell straight away he knew what he was doing. He used a blasting water jet unit to clean the pipes and then put a camera down the line to show me the state of the pipe. It had chunks falling in on itself so he quoted me a price to replace the offending section and I accepted right away. It was all done in a day. It makes a difference when they know what they are doing. I recommend this company

At 10 o’clock in the morning I realised I had water leaking through my dining room ceiling. I phoned Craig and they were able to send a Plumber over by 11am, who found the leak and replaced the offending pipe by 2:30pm that same day. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and I was grateful to get such good service

I called around as I has an emergency, my sewer was running down my driveway. Gary Renouf Plumbing was the one who promised to come right away, and I admit I was surprised when they turned up 40min later. they used the big water jet thingy to blast away the blockage - who knows what it was but all good now
