Toilet cistern issues at my rental property the day before Easter break.

Initially I tried to fix the issue myself but then a washer broke in the water inlet tap and other problems popped up unexpectedly. Panicked as it was already almost 5pm before businesses took Easter holidays.

I called a number of plumbers but no one was able to come out until after Easter until I got onto Tonkin Plumbing.

The lady I spoke to over the phone was lovely, asked specific questions about my plumbing problem and arranged an appointment the next morning.

James from Tonkin Plumbing arrived the next morning as expected and fixed the issue. He did a great job and he went above my expectations.

The price was around what I expected to pay for the time he spent at the property dealing with the rusty bolts and other issues.

I would call Tonkin Plumbing again for plumbing work and hope that I would have a plumber like James taking care of me again. Thanks James!
