Selim attend my home at the right time. Made the inspection of what I needed done. Rang his office to get me the quote on the spot and it was priced just right. No rip off's. Selim proceeded with the job and even make professional and very sound recommendations I needed for the home. Everything was done efficiently and all looks good. Great professional service, good communication. Before now I was bringing my gas heater to a service centre and I'm so happy that I booked a technician from Hero Plumbing to come! Anthony has done a good job. He detected a gas leak from the outlet and replaced the hose (it has to be replaced after 5 years max). I highly recommend to service your heater with Hero Plumbing.

Hayden and Sean were professional, polite and super efficient. Really pleasant guys! They serviced 2 gas heaters, found a problem with a gas fitting and replaced it quickly and safely.
