I want to thank the staff at the Gosford store for the outstanding service I received last Saturday, 20th of April.
I took in three old Makita power tools for repair but I was politely advised you no longer repair tools. They also suggested a couple repair service providers nearby. Then they asked what was wrong with my tools. I thought I probably just needed new brushes in the cordless planer; the electric planer was blunt but it had the old whole-blade system; and the electric sander was ripping all my belts apart. They weren't that busy so between serving other customers, these two 'older guys' replaced my brushes, replaced my blade system and cleaned the gum off the rubber hubs (?) on my sander. They kindly did for me, what might have cost me hundreds and I might have waited months for.

this place is really good, the prices are quite good and the service is excellent i would expect no less from other places
