One of the worst travel agents I have dealt with. I paid the deposit for my tickets and when I asked about the cancellation policy, Gaura travels advised me it's refundable up until the tickets were issued. I now can't go on the trip and they will not refund the deposit and have not replied to any communication

hopeless staff puts you on hold for hours. very professional. their agents are deaf and idiots. they cant properly hear you or explain what they are trying to say. not recommended at all.

This travel agency is there to cheat u out of money. Seriously still waiting on my business ticket refund. It's been 20months and apparently they charge a further $420 fee over and above the airlines cancellations chargers and guess what the fee is for - "their superior service".

When there is a big brand, doing good, people will bluff..

I have a very good experience with the team. They haeve suggested best routes, have arranged all the services for me as well.

Absolutely unprofessional! Worst customer service! Do not waste your time here! Consultants do not even listen to your requirements and even if you find a route elsewhere and provide them an opportunity to quote, they mess it up by lying about the prices. A consultant Mi****le even attempted to change her name when she called back.

I have booked a ticket through gaura travels and my booking requirements was must have bassinet seat for little baby. the operator has confirmed me the bassinet seat, meal and seat allocation and told me I need to buy the ticket ASAP and all the request will be appear on the ticket after purchased. I paid it and got the ticket and did not show anything and must funny thing is the airline they have booked my ticked that airline doesn't have bassinet facility at all.

I already made a complaint to AFTA and take action through VCAT and Consumer Afire.. to get my money back and cost for making another new booking with different airline.

In my 10+ years of overseas travels I have never come across such an unethical travel agent.

1. You charged booking fee to hold the dates when no one else does it

2. You told me the price will rise overnight when you knew its not certain just so you can lock in my money.

3. And once you got what you wanted I was your last of the worry. You kept me hanging as if you are doing a great service to me.

Absolutely pathetic. Will never recommend you guys to anyone and will make sure I post this in other Indian communities so people are beware.

I m so tempted to mention the name of the agent and his supervisor for appalling customer service and absolute waste of time but I wont just humanity sake.

Hi Yasha I would like to suggest you to make a complaint to AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel Agents) in regards of the issue. They have done some thing which was very bad with me, they has confirmed me something before I purchased the ticket but after I got the ticker I noticed different on the ticket and they turn around and said they can't do anything now and ticked is not refundable. I believe if we take an action against them than people like us won't be ripped off. I have made a compliment to AFTA and also I will go through VCAT to get my refund. please let me know if anyway I can help you or if you need any assistance. Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience
