While in Gawler I purchased a large Cob loaf of bread. It was very fresh and had a nice flavour. The store had a variety of breads for sale, cakes and other bakery items. Nice to find a bread shop like this

I was passing and went into the Gawler Hotbread Bakery for the first time today. At first I didn't think the variety of cakes was fabulous but I was there at end of trade so perhaps other lines had sold out. We bought an apple turnover this was delicious and a bargain at $2, a custard tart again $2 and the custard tasted amazing we bought three meringues for $2 they were a good size and tasty and some bread rolls to take home. I just tried one and they wee very noce crispy on the outside and soft inside. Very enjoyable
