I had to go here for a scan of my shoulder and was very impressed with the person doing my scan. They were able to tell me what was going on, what could be done as far as treatment and gave suggestions of what to avoid. I had to wait for some time in the room my scan was done before the technician arrived but once he had everything went smoothly.

Recently went in for my 18-20 week pregnancy ultrasound. The lady who did it didn't explain what she was checking at all, and didn't offer to even show me the screen so I could see my baby, or offer to tell us the sex. After a lengthy hour long ultrasound, we were told she had to go "talk to the doctor about something" after coming back she still didn't tell us what was wrong and told us to make another appointment in 3 weeks. We were worried so called back to ask what was wrong and was told they can't tell us over the phone (which is fair, but they should have told us in person on the day!) I had to book a doctors appointment to find out what was going on. Will never go there again.

I have recently had to get x-rays and an ultra sound done. Both times I was told to expect a wait before I booked, but I was given appointments virtually straight away both times. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and the actual procedures I had done were quick and thorough. I highly recommend them.
