A day after driving past when it was closed but quite intrigued by the timber decor and lovely carved statues, we decided to stop in for brunch. We were hoping for more of a breakfast menu at the time but we can't fault them for not having that, and the pies we had were delicious. It was also great to see a separate cabinet with multiple vegetarian pastries, pies and rolls. Much appreciated! The vege pie was very tasty, full of cauliflower which gave it a lovely creamy sauce. Hot drinks were served very promptly, and boiling hot as requested (something not every place listens to!). Sweets were very reasonably priced and the vanilla slice at $3.50 was really tasty, could definitely have eaten another. We would happily go back.
