I have used GEM many times over the past 4 years to assist in managing a block of land which is too large for me to mow. I have never had any problems and recieved a prompt service every time, with only one phone call each time. Yes that is right I have never met there staff. I just see the land has been mowed a few days after I call. 4 years and never needed to meet a person from the company and recieved flawless service.
