Our little dog became very ill, on Australia Day, Tom and the staff have been treating our 2 Jack Russell`s for a number of years, I would like to thank Tom and the staff at the clinic for their great service, in our time of distress. tom treated our Gus with care and kindness, and I will be forever in his debt.

Tom and the girls looked after my pony and now my dog. Their friendly service, knowledge and experience is second to none. You feel good just dropping in for a chat, even without your animal. They truly care about the welfare of your pet and are only too happy to offer assistance or advice. We attended puppy school at the Clinic, and Tom was there for us when our pony became ill. I feel confident that we have a great vet and our dog feels comfortable and happy whenever she visits. Highly recommend them.

Tom has been a great dr for our cat. He is so easy to talk too and explains everything in datile. His instincts saved our cat when he was very unwell, his staff are also very assisting when ever I call in. He is an asset to our community. Highly recommend

Tom is very honest and kind, he cared for our old girls (dogs) in their final days providing them with the care they deserved without unrealistic expectations, provided accurate diagnosis when other vets did not. Very genuine vet and I have met many over my years. I hope he remains in town Gembook really needs a vet.

Very happy with Dr Tom Cook, he is happy to talk about all options and costs, and offers the best option, not the most expensive one. Explains in plain language, but will get technical if you ask. Used him a few times for mobile visits to my horse, and my horse likes him as a vet, which is saying something!
