This is a nice clean and friendly place to work out the equipment is all safe and client after every use the prices are fair and with a membership much cheaper so go on give it a go

I signed up on the 18 month plan and loved the freedom to just swip my card and walk in to my right tv s and treadmills to my left pool and single use machines and even hair dryers in the locker room I enjoyed my work out and felt pumped after

The staff are very helpful. The equipment is always clean and it's a friendly environment. They have free daycare in 3 hour sessions you have to book it in advance the daycare stuff are very friendly. They also provide simmering lessons which my daughter loves as the staff make it very fun and easy for the kids to understand and get a hang of.
