The site is really easy to use. The estimator, the cost matrix and now the sample. I am still struggling with the resolution issue as I want to be able to supply very large prints to customers. That requires processing, data handling and storage issues for my current computer.

Quality of print, great customer service

Well printed and packaged. A slight bow in the aluminium base, which is perhaps unavoidable. Other than that I thought it was very good. I like your upload facility, and the ability to print at whatever DPI I think is appropriate for the image.
