Very disappointed! We called up a few days before to make an appointment for a wedding party and were told we didn't need one. We turned up first thing in the morning, there were 3 staff members on and two wedding parties there before us. An older gentlemen started helping us and I explained we were looking for grey/silver suits, he showed us two types that were more black and told us that's all they had. While my brother was trying on a suit the gentleman serving us decided to start serving someone else, he kept us waiting 10 minutes only to come back write down one measurement and left again. Told us he would be a minute...10 minutes later we were still waiting as he went back to the customer that showed up after us. In the meantime we had looked around and found grey suits on special that he didn't even show us. We ended up telling my brother to change and we walked out and went to a shop in the shopping centre. They didn't even realize or try to apologize. Will never recommend this company to anyone

Looking for a suit for my fiance for our wedding we came across Gentlemen's Outtfitter's Charlestown, knowing they were the local stockists of Spurling formal wear.

I have to say I was a little disappointed by the service we received. We received good service from one of the salesmen "Chad", While another salemen was rather rude and unhelpful.

We went into the store knowing exactly what we wanted but when it came to ordering it they seemed some what confused about the process. We had to call the store several times to check on the status of the suit being told that it would be finished for the pick up time.

We went to pick up the suit and it was of a good standard though somewhat expressive. Given the suit was tailor made was a bit disappointed with the fit of the suit.

I think while the quality of what they sell is good but the general service and price is a real let down.
