am a regular customer and for Xmas bought a watch with retail value of 3oooAUD. after 3 wears the winder fell off unbeknown to me. took back to store and was told wasnt warrantied. I know there is a statuatory warranty that must be adhered to. Had to argue with the manager, who then sent back to denmark. 6 weeks later have heard NOTHING! the watch should have been replaced IMMEDIATELY with NO ARGUEMENT. I have not and will not go there again!Very poor service and I was known long term customer. dont bother go to the city
