1 review about German Auto Meisters

For the first time in two years my Merc 350ML had a problem when an engine warning light appeared on the dashboard display, so I took it to the 'experts' at German Auto Meisters in East Perth on the 6th of January. My visit didn't start or end well.
They looked at my vehicle, whilst I sat in an incredibly hot 32c plus reception area.
It did not occur to the young guy behind the counter to actually switch on the air conditioning, so eventually I asked/begged him to turn it on.
They couldn't find anything wrong with my car but managed to clear the warning light which came back that evening.
I phoned Auto Meisters and after many unsuccessful attempts to get someone to answer my call was eventually routed through to their message bank of a guy called Paul, but neither he or anybody else has ever responded.
I then took my car to the professionals at Diesel Motors who found the problem(s).
The main reason for the warning light reappearing was that two tubes (I am not technically minded) had recently been disconnected and incorrectly reconnected. During this procedure, I am assured, the couplings/ends were damaged which caused the warning light to reappear. I would point out that these tubes were old and needed replacing anyway.
There were a number of other faults as well, none of which the technicians at Auto Meisters had detected.
Their failure to find the fault, fix the problem and respond to my call has lost them a local customer.
