I ordered a gift card for my brothers birthday online, saved me the time to go to the shops. The card arrived later on in the day to my brothers email and it worked perfectly. I love the new way of buying gift cards with these guys, thanks again!

Purchased a $500 gift card from this website, including shipping it came to $517.60. It was rejected the next day due to shipping address not matching the business name, I didn't realise this would be an issue? Anyway by this time they money has already left my account and is pending, they didn't respond to my email for 2 days telling me I'd need to purchase a new one so yes ANOTHER $517.60 when I haven't got the first lot back yet! So fast forward a week later, I still don't have my money back, called the bank who said Gift Card Store need to fax them and release the money back to the bank so they can give it back to me, so I email these people again, mind you they have NO phone number, so I email them with the instructions on how to fax my bank, it's been another 2 days again and still no response!! So difficult to deal with, I will NEVER use them again, beware everyone.
