I'm in the UK and ordered a gift for a friend in Victoria. The service was great from the start - after being warned that the cocktail mixes I'd chosen were going out of date quickly, I was upgraded to another pack for free. Then they offered to call my friend to check on the delivery, as they knew it would be trickier for me to do so. Would definitely use again and recommend.
