Worst repair job anyone could have done. Run marks everywhere, Spray can paint used on $1000 mag wheel with dirt and tar stuck under paint. Took car back multiple times only to get the car back with something else not repaired properly. No quality control at all. This repairer was recommended by my insurer but I reccommend not going there.

I took my damaged Ford to get a crash repair quote for AAMI. They were not my preferred shop which could have used but AAMI asked for second opinion.

Am very pleased that they did. Took it in, and Adam, checked the damaged and without waiting for the job, replaced the damaged headlight bulbs without charge. He was very friendly and helpful.

when the car was being repaired we were in Bali. Flying back late Friday night knowing that the repair shop was closed on a Sat, we took a chance and had a look. Lucky for us Adam was there working on another car but the office was closed until Monday. He telephoned the Manager and got permission to let us take it thus saving two days with no car.

The finished repairs were to a very high standard, and the stardard of care by Adam could not be higher. If need any repairs in the future, they have become our number one pick.

The service was professional, they called and explained the need for further work above what was quoted, and they arranged to drop me home which was a nice touch. The staff knew their stuff and were happy to explain things to both of us before we ok'd the work.
