Outstanding service the centre has changed dramatically

Do not *EVER* visit this medical practice as a walk in patient. Due to the deplorable rules (apparently from Medicare) you can't get a telephone appointment unless you've been there in the last 12 months. So I went in as a walk in patient. The receptionists are nice enough but are asked to lie about the wait times. It was 4hours and 41minutes to see a doctor and that was only because someone cancelled and I could get an appointment (I was initially told 1 hour, then it was upped to 3 then it upped to 5 throughout them talking to potential walkins). ONLY ever book an appointment. There's no sense of urgency from any of the doctors. The one I saw straight up lied when I asked them directly if they see anyone from the walk in list (I know for a fact that the top of the list hadn't moved in the past 1.5 hours) and then he said I was (paraphrasing here) a queue jumper for getting an appointment. If you miss your name being called inaudibly, inaccurately and muffled from behind a mask you go to the back of the queue. There's no power plugs to be able to charge your phone. There's nowhere at all for any type of food unless you bring it in. It used to be bad when they *were* actually doing walkins and now it's just terrible.

ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE INHUMANE USELESS CLINICIANS. Went in as a new patient and having PTSD asked for repeats of medication I've been on for years. Was quickly absolutely refused, when I then asked to see a different doctor in the practice I was quietly told none of the other doctors here are comfortable seeing you. Since when is PTSD a shunnable untreatable disorder? Honestly don't waste your time. So Triggered right now.

This centre has changed dramatically over the last 12 months and the nurse is wonderful the reception staff are lovely and the manager is very easy to speak with also unlike the previous gentleman. I really like being able to book online also and have found i wait no longer than 10 minutes now not 4 hours like in the past. Congratulations on the change i am very happy

I have been here a few time but the last time was the last straw.
To summarize I found out I was put on the wrong antibiotic fapparently a middle ear infection. It was discovered when I had a particularly strong side effect, called the clinic to ask if I should be taken off it immediately. Rest assured I went to emergency room who told me to get off the antibiotics because it was the wrong antibiotic not commonly used for a middle ear infection.

My niece has also been put on the wrong antibiotic 3 times, screwed up her health. These guys are not worth it. Better to find a doctor who you can trust for good medical advice. Drugs are exactly that drugs

Dr Buckman is an unprofessional doctor; he cleared a person for work that had serious nerve damage, implying he was a hypochondriac.
Do not trust this man

I visted medical centre today and had really bad experience with reception people he was too rude. I waited there for 3 hrs from 2 to 5 pm and he fidnt even passed my slip to doctor.

Today I took my 3 year old to medical centre. I had to wait there for more than an hour and half. Dr. Patrick called us in his room and asked me, “ what he can do for us” as I started explaining him what is wrong with son, his response to me abt my sons problem was very unpleasant. It looked like he was not willing to come to work but he had to. Being a child specialists his behaviour towards my son was too rude coz my son got scared from him, He said to me I need to control my son. He was not willing at all to see him as a child. Maybe he was expecting from him to behave like 30 or 40 year old. He didn’t touch my son.
Really bad experience

I went here first thing on Saturday (was waiting out the front before they opened) but unfortunately didn't make it to the front of the line. I waited for over an hour before giving up and leaving. It turned out that they only had one doctor on duty, I found this out as I was leaving. It would have been much more helpful if they'd told me that when I arrived as I wouldn't have bothered and would have gone elsewhere. Nice clean waiting room with news and cartoons on for kids.

While the wait is usually a fairly long one (I wouldn't assume less than an hour), the waiting room is reasonably comfortable and clean. The staff are polite, and although you are in and out fairly quickly, I think the doctors are as thorough as they need to be. Bulk-billing is really helpful as we are on a very tight budget, and the convenience of having the pharmacy on premises is really fantastic. I would recommend this business to anybody who needs to see a doctor on a budget.
