Jus wanted to thank all the staff at Gino's for the work that was done on my car from start to finish the experience was stress free and i will be recommending them to my friends in the future

I would highly recommend Gino's panel & paint. Repairs on my car were started on the same day as I took the car in and I had my car back for the weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful and my car was like brand new.

Extremely disappointed with this company. We were told we had to use this panel beater by our insurance company. 3 times we were told our car was ready and each time the work had not been done correctly. The first time the original damage was still there plus more damage that wasn't there previously! The car has now been backwards and forwards 4 times and is finally fixed over 2.5 months. Severe inconvenience caused, time wasted being dropped off and picked up. The reception staff have absolutely no idea of customer service and just keep quoting "well we are extremely busy". At the rate they are going they won't be busy for long!

Although a crash can be a painful experience I found the crew down at Ginos panel and paint took most of the hassle out of it. Basil and his guys will do a great job on any vehicle and the their attention to detail is second to none! Communication in regards to vehicle completion was consistent and on schedule. highly recommended.
