We had takeaway from here tonight and it was absolutely delicious, we had 5 diffrent dishes and everyone was awesome we will definitely be back thank you

I have been to the Palace a couple of times with friends but the last time was really good. The service is always good, the food this time was amazing, but is always above expected (at least as far as asian food goes in Gippsland). The prices, compared to the meal size makes it a little less outstanding on the value side but it is about what most places charge... Over all it is consistant with the food quality, and if you get one of the good servers then the service is also good. Well worth a try, but be warned, they are not overly fast, so I recommend doing it when you are not in a hurry.

Oh my god, talk about BAD customer service!!! I will not be going back there after waiting more than 2 hours (dining in) for a run-of-the-mill meal (sweet and sour pork). Ridiculous! Its not the 1st time I was made wait more than an hour for a meal. You pay good money for it, but it's not worth the wait. Waiters totally ignore you, and can barely speak English. I am not being racist (I have Asian friends) but you expect someone serving you in a restaurant to be able to understand what you wish to order, or be able to write down your order too. Very disappointing. OK food, but once you get it you're over it!
