This is specializes in New Orleans food. Think gumbo, po' boys, onion rings etc. This type of food is no rocket science, however it still takes skill to get the flavour, textures etc right. They do this! My only comment would be that they do seem to be pricing a bit higher than I feel is appropriate at $14 for a sml-med bowl of gumbo, $8 for 3 large onion rings with sauce, and $15 for a sml po'boy with crisps. Maybe because of the location & setting tho..
