Have had reason to need Gary's services on several occasions: always helpful and thorough; busy, so he may not be available right away but does his best to accommodate.

I had a leaking toilet that needed fixing and contacted Gary to fix the problem. He explained that he had a large job on at the time and wouldn't be able to fix it until the following week. I was disappointed but understanding.

However, just after 5pm the day I phoned, he turned up and explained he was on his way home but thought he'd drop in to see what the problem was. He examined the toilet and said he could fix it straight away, so he did. I was very grateful and also impressed that he went out of his way for me. I highly recommend Gary.
