The management of this salon must not want any new customers and can rest assured they will not be getting one in me. I recently bought an offer from Ouffer and not only did they make it nearly impossible to book into the salon but plainly refused to book two people redeeming the offer at the same time. Once I got there I advised the staff member (who was friendly and professional) that I had developed a medical condition which prohibited me from receiving a major part of the treatment. I asked if this could be substituted with anything else to the same or lesser value and upon checking with the Management was told no. The Management's tone was cold, and unprofessional. I sat through the minor treatments feeling incredibly ripped off and dissatisfied. Not at all pampered. Now I may be mistaken but I thought the whole purpose of these offers were for businesses to acquire new clientele by showcasing their services. It's hard to feel sorry for businesses such as this when the management makes you feel as though they are the one doing you a favour. I have never experienced such a poor attitude and inadequate service. What a shame.

I have recently purchase 2 Ouffer offer of Pampering Package from Glengarry Face and Body. I have rang to make enquiry prior to purchasing the coupons, about 2 persons having treatment at the same time was told that they can have 2 person at the same time. My Aunty has then make an appointments for 2 persons, mentioning my name and her name for the appointment. Upon arrival, we were sternly informed that the appointment was only for 1 person and that is their company policy that they can only accommodate 1 person at a time. I have then proceed to explain that because we have both travel 30 mins in 1 vehicle, it meant that 1 of us has to wait around for 1hr30mins while the other is getting the treatment, is there any way we can work something out. I was then abruptly inform by the management that they are fully booked and if I cancel that appointment, I will forfeit the voucher. My further attempt to negotiate was cut short and earned very rude remarks. The result being I have to wait around for 1hr30mins while my aunty gets her treatment done. With this level of rudeness, I have no desire to return and redeem my second voucher as I have no further wish to subject myself to such behaviour.

I have been going to Glengarry face and body for almost 10 years. They are fantastic for tints, waxing and they give the most amazing facials. It's all about the extra service, marshmellows and juice after your facial and a hand massage during your tint. 100% recommend.
