Gave my cat medication without consent or approval

Avoid bringing your beloved pet here if you genuinely care for their well-being.

Rohan Nichols is among the worst vets I've encountered. He provided no explanation of the situation, administered medication via injection without approval or consent and failed to communicate details such as medication information, pricing, and potential effects.

Your pet deserves better care, and I strongly recommend seeking alternatives for a more caring and transparent veterinary experience.

Approximate cost: $130

I had a fear of taking old cats to vets they seem to be always put to sleep , I found Dr Nichols restored my faith it's ok to take my old cat to the vet and he helped her before thinking put to sleep
My cats also have come back Good after being desexed still calm their self so care would of been caring for them

Very knowledgeable and polite. Have been going to this vet for many years and would recommend very highly. Explains things very clearly and the nurses are great too. Ziva, the patient, is also fan!

The team at Glenvale are fantastic. I have taken my Dog and 2 cats there for various issues, and we've received excellent care for our animals. Rohan is very good with animals, and humans. He's a quiet man, who cares for his patients.

The staffs are lovely, but we don't like the vet that much, he's not very caring, had a feeling sometimes he's just guessing about the conditions of my dog. My dog got a very itchy skin, we had tried pills, shampoos, none of his suggestions worked. The costs are very expensive. My dog doesn't like him either. I have changed vet since, and my dog's itchy problem stopped after the first treatment with the new vet.

I have been going to this vet for years and there has never been a problem with an animal that could not be fixed. Yes it is expensive but you cannot put a price on having you lovely pets kept healthy and treated when they get really sick!

When in the business of saving lives..ultimate customer service should be given...my most loved friend died by his hand & unjust meddling and wrong advice in his care. This clinic is in the game just to make money.

Approximate cost: $40 upwards for 5mins svc

I can't remember how many years I've been taking my pets here but it's a bloody long time. Dr Nichols is the best. He is such a clever man and always takes the time to explain everything in great detail. He is very calm and thorough and I trust him with my animals.

Friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Great with animals (as all animal attendants should be), understanding of circumstances & never a problem getting an appointment.

I often need to take my pet to a vet. This vet is available seven days a week, every day of the year. He is very gentle and caring, both to the pet and the pet's owners. He fully explains the problem and the remedies available. He and his staff are very approachable.
