I bought a phone card called "talking cow" for phoning overseas. When I tried to use it, I was told that my "credit had expired" because I had not used the card in 90 days (which is not written anywhere on the card) - I actually had over $40 credit on the card. They refused to allow me to use the card, or to refund the credit. What ripoff merchants these guys are!
