The leather on the head rests of our $7000 leather recliners has started to deteriorate. We had to pay Global $90 to send someone out to inspect only for them to tell us that they will not cover the damage as the deterioration has occurred due to oils from the skin due to the head being rested on the head rest. The couch was regularly cleaned using a damp cloth, but they said that was not enough and they will not repair the damage. Why sell a product with a head rest if the leather will not withstand the head being rested on it. Simple case of the product not fit for the purpose. I’m extreme unhappy and would strongly advise anybody not to buy from them.

I was shopping in the centre and saw they had lounges in stock for immediate delivery, i went inside the store and asked the staff for help, in which they actually helped me unlike other store, i found a good quality leather lounge i liked and had it delivered the next day for a reasonable price. Easiest purchase of my life. George

I went to global living looking for a new lounge, dining table and chairs, i was quoted a very good price and decided to buy on the first day i was looking, it was all delivered the same week i purchased it and i couldnt be happier with the quality. The store in Maroochydore is always clean and tidy, i brought a lounge from there 4 years ago, have since passed it onto my daughter and upgraded to a new top quality leather one from there again, always a pleasure. Thanks Kyle!

I have bought lots of things from Global Living over the years for both home and business. Every time I have had the best service from the staff in store, they always go above and beyond. Deliveries have always been on time and have always been by very professional staff that not only set everything up for you, but also take away ALL the mess. I will never go anywhere else!

I am very please with the service I received from the friendly staff, I purchased a couch from there the day before I needed it and it was delivered the next day on time, global living furniture is great.

I don’t recommend anyone to ever buy off this company, ordered my two lounges 15 December last year as now 11 June still haven’t heard when I’m likely to get delivery.
Also I ordered a buffet in January and was told delivery would be mid February and again the 11 June haven’t heard from them.
When you enquire at the Maroochydore store you just receive rude comments.
Biggest mistake of my life ever buying furniture off them.

Bought 6 dining chairs at $250 each 3 years ago. Upholstery is literally disintegrating on every chair. Maroochydore store was not interested in helping- apparently the chairs only have a lifespan of 2 years. Had this been disclosed by the sales person we would never have wasted our money. Absolutely disgraceful quality and service. Will never shop here again.

Just got our new sofa delivered... The delivery guy Sam had bad attitude. Was rude to my husband on the phone regarding delivery times then when they arrived his attitude was appauling , barralled straight past myself and my toddler in our doorway
We did not appreciate the hostile attitude especially in front of my daughter

My leather lounge suite a 2x2 seater was purchases from Maroochydore store. Front metal leg fell off. My son-in-law said the timber where the leg screws into is split. I have spoken to Maroochydore store and was told they can't do anything. Also Morayfield store where I have bought items and told the same. Where to now???

Company is happy to take a 30% deposit (via phone) and then if the couch isn't going to fit, won't give you a refund. You cannot do this as a company due to consumer law. Yo have to provide details of your store policy prior to taking someone's money. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE, shop elsewhere and you can then shop with confidence. Provincial is the most friendly and customer service orientated store, as well as Harvey Norman and Early Settler.

Really good quality contemporary furniture from a local company on the Sunshine Coast. The quality of their furniture appears to be far superior than the discount stores around and their new showroom at the Harvey Norman centre is large with a big range of their products on display.
